Through the gentle process of candle making, participants were able to explore creativity while engaging in meaningful moments of self-care and relaxation. πŸ’› We’re thrilled to share that every participant absolutely loved the experience! The workshop sparked joy, calm, and connection β€” a powerful reminder of the importance of nurturing wellbeing through creative expression. 🌸 ROCC for Women – Creative Wellness Workshop Recap 🌸 On 5 May 2026, ROCC for Women hosted a deeply meaningful β€œExpressing Your Emotions Through Art & Journaling” workshop, generously funded by the Coolaroo Foundation and facilitated by talented art therapist Suzanne Perry. Participants came together in a safe and supportive space to explore their emotions through creative journalling and to collaborate on a shared artwork, celebrating connection, self-expression, and healing. The session was filled with reflection, creativity, and empowering conversations, reminding us of the strength found in sharing our stories.  ROCC for Women is an inclusive service. We are a specialist women’s service supporting people who identify and live as women, with programs designed to meet women’s needs. We welcome women of diverse sexualities and gender identities and aim to provide a safe, respectful environment for clients who identify as women.
