🌸 ROCC for Women – Creative Wellness Workshop Recap 🌸 On 5 May 2026, ROCC for Women hosted a deeply meaningful “Expressing Your Emotions Through Art & Journaling” workshop, generously funded by the Coolaroo Foundation and facilitated by talented art therapist Suzanne Perry. Participants came together in a safe and supportive space to explore their emotions through creative journalling and to collaborate on a shared artwork, celebrating connection, self-expression, and healing. The session was filled with reflection, creativity, and empowering conversations, reminding us of the strength found in sharing our stories.
